“The beauty of poetry is that the creation transcends the poet.” Not just the poetry, but prose or for that matter, everything that is a work of art has acquired a complex interface. The simplicity is not easily seen in today’s creations by the artists. It seems that everything belongs to the artsts in some way. The classics are different from the contemporary in this way. The classics had universal appeal in the simplest of words. Some might agree that even today’s poets or painters have that universal appeal to them which in fact is sometimes profoundly true but majority of us would still be with me when I say that art is becoming more individualistic than social nowdays. It has a stamp of its creator rather thatn the stamp of the nature.
