In matters of conscience, the law of majority has no place.
The Iranian Government continues it’s attempt to see how far they can push the envelope with the rest of the world. They have refused to admit that the sailors they have in custody were siezed in Iraqi waters, as was clearly documented with GPS. They also have demanded that the UK apologize to them and that the sailors may have to stand trial. Such behavior is not only illogical but it pushes nations further towards war. In truth this event can be wrapped up peacefully if Iran is willing to be reasonable about it. Instead of trying to correct the situation the Iranian government continues to posture. The UN is loosing patience with them as well after the Iranians went back on their word to release a female sailor. Sooner or later action is going to have to be taken against the Iranians, hopefully it won’t cause WW3 to erupt and can be done peacefully.
